Introduction
This guide explains how to write mobile applications for the Yahoo! BlueprintTM Platform. Specifically, it documents the Blueprint markup language and provides instructions for developing, testing, and publishing mobile Internet services.

Understanding the Yahoo! Blueprint Platform

• Using Blueprint, third-party developers can provide custom content and services in a variety of ways. Applications can be Yahoo! Go Mobile Widgets, browser-based Mobile Sites, or stand-alone Mobile Apps:
• Mobile Widgets run under Yahoo! Go. Users can subscribe to published Widgets by selecting them from the Widget Gallery and add Widgets to the Yahoo! Go carousel for faster access.
• Mobile Sites are accessible from any standard Web browser. Once published, they can be found using the search facility on Yahoo!’s mobile homepage.
• Mobile Apps rely on a stand-alone version of the Blueprint runtime installed on the user’s phone.

They are accessed independently of both Web browsers and Yahoo! Go. The deployment sections in this guide focus on Widgets. For information about publishing Mobile Sites and Mobile Apps, see the supplementary documents available from Yahoo!’s Mobile Developer site.

Section 1—Background

This document presents guidelines for developing a comprehensive cancer control (CCC) plan that can be both implemented and evaluated. The information contained in this document is based on the experiences of several states that undertook a comprehensive cancer control planning process in recent years. These states, called “model planning states,” included four that had participated in comprehensive cancer control case studies in 1997 and 1998 (Arkansas, Illinois, Maine, and Utah) and two additional states (Kansas and Kentucky). Each of the model planning states worked with a Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) program consultant and a Battelle Centers for Public Health Research and Evaluation (CPHRE) liaison to go through a planning process to develop a comprehensive cancer control plan. These planning efforts have resulted in the development of the Guidance for Comprehensive Cancer Control Planning and the Toolkit for Comprehensive Cancer Control Planning. The planning states have agreed to share their insights with other states, tribes, territories, agencies, and other organizations (referred to in this document as states and other organizations) interested in planning and implementing comprehensive cancer control.

1. Make sure the vehicle is on level ground.
2. Turn the engine off and wait a few minutes for the oil to drain into the oil pan.
3. Set the parking brake and ensure the gearshift is securely latched in P (Park) (automatic transmission) or 1st (First gear) (manual transmission).
   Important: To avoid engine damage, change the oil filter before draining the oil pan. This allows dirty oil in the filter housing to drain back into the oil pan.
4. Loosen the oil filter cap by using a 36mm socket and a ratchet (location #1)
   NOTE: Unscrewing the cap opens the oil filter drain and drains the oil from the oil filter housing into the crankcase.
5. Remove the cap with the oil filter and O-ring attached. Turn the cap and filter upside down so as not to drip oil.
