The SLFO requires different types of recreation permits and agreements for use based on type and location of activity, size of group, and if the activity/event is commercial and/or competitive. Although there are four types of permits, only one permit is required for any given activity/event (other authorizations may be required based on your proposal, ie: commercial filming). Energy drinks are beverages like Red Bull, Rockstar, Monster, Full Throttle, Amp, and NOS. Most energy drinks are carbonated and contain large amounts of caffeine and sugar with additional ingredients, such as B vitamins, amino acids (e.g. taurine), and herbal stimulants such s guarana, and ginseng. These drinks are marketed primarily to people between the ages of 18 and 30 as a stimulant.

I was hesitating if I should make a guide for such a simple and routine task but as I have seen a lot of my friends to put the car for this job to a service and others were asking me to change the oil for them. That’s why I thought a guide like this may be useful for someone willing to start to do same basic maintenance tasks by himself.

1. Get new engine oil, oil filter and preferably oil sump plug washer.
2. Go for a drive to heat up the oil (10km or more).
3. Lift the bonnet and unscrew the oil filler cap.
4. Lift the car.
