The remaining checks will require that the PS2 cover be removed. Follow these steps to safely and easily remove it.

Remove all the screw covers. (There should be 6 screw covers, 4 made of rubber (outer edges) and 2 made of plastic (in the middle), that need to be removed. You can use a small flat blade screwdriver for this. There should be 2-4 more screw covers on the outer side of the base, underneath the controller ports. The older model PS2’s have 4 screw covers, while the newer ones have only 2. Remove them all, and you should now have a total of 8-10 screws unveiled. Set the screw covers aside.

Use your knife to cut the warranty tape that is covering the seam between the back and the top cover. (By the power switch). Just trace the seam through the tape with the knife so that it will not be holding you back when you go to remove the top later. You can also just remove the tape completely if you want.

Understanding a Core Data-Based Project
Together with various other supporting files, the template provides you with:

An application delegate class

A MainWindow interface (.xib) file

A Core Data model (.xcdatamodel) file.typically referred to as the managed object model

The application also links against the Core Data framework.

Of the resources, the first two should be familiar, although the details of the delegate class will be new. The model file is described later in “Managed Object and Model” (page 21). For now, examine the header file of the application delegate class. In addition to the standard window and view controller, it provides four other properties and a new method:

CMOS Setup Utility

CMOS setup is a hardware configuration program built into the system ROM, called the complementary metaloxide semiconductor (CMOS) Setup Utility. Since most systems are already properly configured and optimized, there is no need to run this utility. You will need to run this utility under the following conditions.

• When changing the system configuration settings
• When redefining the communication ports to prevent any conflicts
• When modifying the power management configuration
• When changing the password or making other changes to the security setup
• When a configuration error is detected by the system and you are prompted (“Run Setup” message) to make changes to the CMOS setup

NOTE: If you repeatedly receive Run Setup messages, the battery may be bad. In this case, the system cannot retain configuration values in CMOS. Ask a qualified technician for assistance.

Computers and HDTV video source devices can sometimes lose the EDID – (which is basically the electronic identifi cation of a display) which lists its possible resolutions and frequencies. When displays are switched away or disconnected and then reconnected, the EDID can be lost and the computer or HD video source device can lose the ability to display the image properly. The HDMI Detective Plus product allows you to switch or relocate HDTV or Computer video displays while “tricking” the source devices into thinking that the display is still present – maintaining smooth video operations throughout the process.

How It Works

The Gefen HDMI Detective Plus attaches to the HDTV display’s HDMI input connector for initial programming. Power is applied and the HDMI Detective Plus reads and stores the attached displays EDID to the internal memory. Then the HDMI Detective Plus is attached to your source HDMI output and it will never lose EDID again.

After clicking on the button, you will be prompted to enroll a Paypal account by entering your credit card details to safely pay online. This is much more secure than entering your credit card details directly on to the website other than Paypal. (Note: Make sure you have a credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express to be able to create a PayPal account)
