Mail for Exchange (Activesync)

If your company uses Microsoft Exchange and is set up to allow mobile access, you can also access your Microsoft Exchange Email account by using the Nokia Mail for Exchange Client preloaded on your Nokia E63. You will find all the info on how to set up Microsoft Exchange Email in the Mail for Exchange User Guide in the Nokia E63 box.

Grab your Nokia E63 and click ‘Set up Email’ wizard from the Home Screen and follow the directions in the user guide.

Yahoo!

If you have a Yahoo! account, you will need to enable POP3 on your online Yahoo! Mail account.

1. Log on to your Yahoo! Mail account from your PC and click on ‘Options’
2. Go to ‘POP Access and Forwarding‘ & check ‘Web & POP Access’ and click ‘Save’
3. On your Nokia E63, click ‘Set up Email’ wizard from the Home Screen.

CELLULAR PHONE:
Most people in Uganda now use mobile phones and are on the GSM network. Landline calls are more expensive are being used less and less. The main mobile phone companies in Uganda are MTN and UTL. MTN has wider upcountry coverage. However, if you will be in Tanzania or Kenya, you can use UTL. It is very useful to have a mobile phone while in Uganda. All you need to do is have a GSM phone and buy a Uganda MTN or UTL SIM card once you arrive. The SIM cards cost about 15,000-
20,000 Ush. Mobile GSM phones are also easily available for purchase in Kampala for around 100,000 Ush. Once you have the SIM card you just buy phone cards to add calling time. Learn to use SMS text messaging as that is the most popular and cheapest form of communication. Calling international from Uganda is extremely expensive, however, you will not be charged for incoming international calls. There is an inexpensive international calling card your loved ones can purchase in order to call you on the cell while you are in Uganda. Information is available at www.nobelcom.com.

Tending Your Garden

A little bit of care for your Garden will ensure rapid growth and bountiful harvests. You will start to see sprouts in a few days. In a few months, you will experience the transformation of your seeds into sweet, ripe, juicy tomatoes.

Please take a moment to review this section shortly after planting your Garden (see page 25 for Reminders About Planting Your Garden).

Check that your Bio-Dome Seed Pods are in the same position on the Grow Surface as they appear in the Seed Kit Tray. We find that this arrangement gives the plants optimal spacing and light exposure.

Remove Domes

• A few days after planting your AeroGarden, tiny plants will appear through the center hole in the Label on each Seed Pod. When this occurs, remove the Domes from each Seed Pod and discard or recycle. Do not remove the label.

War is also equipped with a killer oversized gauntlet, and you can crush a zombie’s skull into a splattering mess with the tap of a button. The most powerful weapon at War’s disposal, however, seems to be his “chaos form” ability. Transforming into his true form–a terrifying flaming demon beast–allows you to unleash some devastating melee damage in a short limited time period.

My Pelco equipment has three wires for lens con- nections but the brand X lens my dealer sold me has four! What do I do?

We’ve all heard this problem many times, but it’s really simple to fix once you understand how lens wiring works. All lens motors are DC powered with two wires each, so reversing the polarity on those two motor wires will reverse the direction of the lens movement. If you connect one wire to positive and the other to negative the zoom (or focus) will move in one direction; reverse the wires and it will move the other direction. Typically the wires will be clearly identified as to which pair is zoom and which is focus, but zoom in versus zoom out or focus near versus focus far often gets lost in the translation.

Enabling Scan to E-mail
To enable the Scan to E-mail feature:

1. On the control panel, press the Log In/Out button.
2. Press the Select button below the display to select System Settings.
   • Use the numeric keypad to enter the Password. The default password is 11111.
   • Press the Select button to select Confirm.
3. Select Print Settings, and then press the Enter button.
4. Press the Select button until you see Software Option on the display, and then press the Enter button.
5. Use the numeric keypad to enter the Software Option password for Scan to E-mail, and then press the Enter button. The password can be found on the inside cover of the Scan to E-mail Instructions.

After Scan to E-mail is enabled, follow these steps to configure Scan to E-mail on your network.
